I have read it somewhere that the best thing in life is to change someone's life for better. Here in this article I am also trying the same.
Let me first start with the meaning of morning ritual: a morning ritual is something that you do daily as a part of your daily morning.
Most of the people nowadays start their morning by checking whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter etc. These things will give you an insight of what is happening in others life. But have you thought even once that it is your life and the your priority should be your life and hence you should start your day with something that is beneficial for you.
Most of the successful persons in the world have their own Morning Rituals. They like to start their in the best suited to them.
The one question that you should ask yourself first in the morning is "what good I am going to do today to make my life better than yesterday?".
Here I am going to give you some tips that you can follow as your morning rituals to start your day in the best possible way.
- SILENCE: practice silence or you can say meditation daily at least for 10 minutes.
- DRINK WATER: When you wake up in the morning your body gets dehydrated and to give a kick start your morning you need water. Water gives you a boost of energy plus keeps you hydrated.
- EXERCISE: Everyone of us know that it is important for us to exercise daily but very few of us follow it. So, why not start it today itself. There's a famous saying "jab jago tab savera".
- TO DO LIST: Plan your day in the morning is the best way to organize your life. Create a to do list of what work you are going to do today.
- 3 MOST IMPORTANT TASK: Ask yourself what are the three tasks that you should complete today.
- READ: Read at least for 10 to 20 minutes daily.
- WRITE: you can also develop a habit of writing a journal daily.
- GRATITUDE: Practice gratitude first thing in the morning would be a great way to start your day with positivity.
Try it at least. Trying anything new will make you better or give you a chance to think about how can you make improvements in your life.
